A Mental Health Milestone Worth Celebrating
Last month, we accepted the Michigan Health & Hospital Association's Ludwig Community Benefit Award, in recognition of the Grand Traverse Mental Health Crisis and Access Center in Traverse City.
The Center — brought to our communities via a partnership between Munson, Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority, and many others — is open 24/7/365 to serve those who need walk-in care for urgent mental health concerns, such as severe depression or suicidal thoughts.
